Account & Login Issues

Having trouble signing in? Make sure you're using the correct email address associated with your account and try resetting your password from the login screen.

Data Sync Issues

If your transactions or balances aren't updating, check your internet connection, then force-quit and relaunch Flowy. Also confirm you're logged into the correct account.

Voice & AI Features

If voice entry isn't working, go to Settings โ†’ Privacy โ†’ Microphone and ensure Flowy has access. For receipt scanning, make sure camera permissions are granted too.
